At other times you can email her at rbenjamin@f2s.com HOSTING THE RABBI Let Stella Koenick know if you are interested in hosting the rabbi. This involves offering hospitality on a Friday evening prior to a service, or an adult ed session see the Diary for dates. You can email Michele at michele.paton@gmail.com KIDDUSH ROTA If youve changed with someone then do please let Stella Koenick know well in advance so that I can check with her and insert a correct acknowlegement into the newsletter -Ed MITZVOT Let Deborarh Carpenter know if you would like to participate in a service. You do have to be Jewish (at least, for the Torah sequence) but otherwise we do try to make it as painless as possible! Mitzvot include lighting candles, dressing etc the scroll, reading the Torah benedictions or the Haftarah portion and so on. Take St Georges Street off Colegate and follow the road round into Cross Lane. Cross Calvert Street into Golden Dog Lane. The car park is on the right. There is an entrance to the Old Meeting House directly off the car park, although this can be a bit wet under foot. You can always take the Old Meeting House Alley entrance off Colegate ALTERNATIVE PARKING With recently increased charges for car parking at Golden Dog Lane, you may wish to consider the considerably cheaper Anglia Square multi-storey car park. Its just a short walk down Magdalen Street to Golden Dog LaneJESSOPP ROAD PARKING There is limited on-site parking at Jessopp Road. On-street parking is unrestricted |
